Feminine against masculine, Hard against soft, dressed up against casual.
Sansovino 6 for spring summer 2012 introduces for the first time a capsule of
pieces specifically designed for women. Sansovino 6 "sexy" are 6 staple
pieces created in cotton indigo stretch. A racer back dress, cropped tank,
tube skirt, leggings, biker short, and a long sleeved top. Combining sexy with
denim work wear gives a new spin to our Sansovino 6 classics.
Antique rose, khaki, and emerald are offered against indigo, black, white and
tones of heather grey. A traditionally sweet palate combined with a
traditionally masculine palate punctuates the season. Combining stripes,
floral jacquards, and color-blocked sweatshirts with our knitted denim
separates further defines our statement. Knitted denim jackets and shorts
become super light and are also combined with hand knitted striped sleeves
and hoods.
Mix and match with Sporty and rugged
Local items such as basic shirts, chino shorts, denim skirts and d-ring belts
define our philosophy of creating desirable pieces that will be integrated
within each individuals wardrobe.

CONCEPT: Small Objects of Desire / Cabinet of Marvels / Showcase of demi-couture items of clothing and adornment.

The second editon of LIMITED/UNLIMITED focuses on the creation of a unique object - one of its’ kind.

A showcase of individual creations inspired by the past and the future.

Each designer will be represented by a signature piece. Limited/Unlimited will be hosted in the main hall of the Casanatense Library where rare antique books and maniscripts are kept.

Contemporary designs will be simbolically shown in antique book cabinets under the dark vaults of this historical location.
